The booklet utilizes a modern and academic design aesthetic utilising a navy blue and white colour palette with classic serif headers and clean, geometric iconography. We developed a series of data-driven infographics to visualise the university’s international collaboration network and key performance indicators, transforming complex data into an impactful narrative.
The cover design uses subtle metallic silver accents on an upwards arrow motif to represent forward-thinking innovation, while the paper stock and embossed finish were selected to convey the prestige of the university. By streamlining the editorial flow and integrating bespoke infographics, the booklet functions as a report, as well as a compelling representation for HKBU’s research community.
