HKBU Research Office Booklet 2026
Design and production of the 2026 “Interdisciplinary Research for a Thriving Future” booklet for the Hong Kong Baptist University Research Office. Building upon the visual identity we designed for the previous edition, this updated volume highlights the university's expanding achievements.

The 2026 booklet evolves the university's forward-thinking aesthetic, utilising a deep navy blue and silver colour palette. On the front cover a matte-finish stock paper is contrasted against a silver foil emboss on the details. A recurring upward-pointing chevron and geometric pattern reinforce the central design motif of forward-thinking innovation.
Each spread is treated separately with different needs addressed with the design. Complex infographic spreads contain multiple data points translated into high-impact visuals, guiding the reader through visual hierarchy. We also designed custom maps and iconography to keep the design cohesive throughout the booklet, accompanied by an intricate gallery spread - showcasing multiple important moments from the year.
