The HKUMed Spring Reception 2025 celebrated the Year of the Snake with a festive gathering for faculty, staff, and guests. We managed the full event production and designed a visual identity centered on the snake motif, traditional knot patterns, and auspicious symbols.

The main backdrop featured a large golden snake with traditional knotwork and seasonal elements in a warm red-gold palette. We worked with suppliers to design and build matching stage elements including a stepped red platform and balloon lion dance installations.
