The HKUST MSc Learning Hub Grand Opening, marked the launch of a new collaborative learning space for MSc students. We managed all event logistics, from planning to execution, ensuring a successful event.

Our team designed a main backdrop featuring illuminated MSC logos with a motion liquid effect triggered by pouring liquid into the letters, enhancing visual engagement. Additional collateral included a giant 4-in-a-row game with MSc branding and custom tokens, a lenticular poster wall displaying dual messages from different angles, and a red geometric flame prop for photo opportunities. Close collaboration with HKUST ensured the event reflected their vision of fostering innovation and professional excellence.
